Bikram 90 is a traditional 90-minute Bikram Yoga class consisting of 26 therapeutic hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 40ºC

The Bikram Yoga series was scientifically crafted by Bikram Choudhury to stretch and strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons. Suitable for beginners, Bikram Yoga 90 works every system of the body... cardiovascular, nervous, lymphatic, endocrine, immune, digestive, reproductive, muscular, and skeletal.
