The Fahrenheit Team is aware that in yesterday’s press conference, our Premier Daniel Andrews addressed the possibility of gyms and indoor recreational facilities (which means Yoga studios!) reopening on Monday June 22 if COVID-19 cases remain low and testing rates remain high. He also mentioned that if this were to occur, there would be a limit of 20 people per space, *BUT* 10 people per activity, which means 10 people in a yoga class.
We just want to mention that this date and activity limit is not set in stone and no firm decision has been made by the Government.
While we can fit almost 50 of you in our hot room, limiting class numbers to 10 may mean a lot of you miss out. And to be honest, limiting to 10 people means it might not be viable for Fahrenheit to reopen until we are allowed larger class numbers. Rest assured, we are exploring options as to how we could possibly reopen with 10 people per class, and we are taking everything into consideration.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated as things change, hopefully for the better! Make sure you stay tuned to our website, subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on our socials.
It has been a long couple of months, and we are so keen to get back into the hot room and see you all again.
Namaste,
Darren and the Team at Fahrenheit.
