We have something exciting happening in the studio next month!

Join us in the hot room on Sunday 30th August for a 3 hour Bikram Yoga Q&A Workshop with Amrei Marden from Bikram Yoga Sapphire Coast!

Lower heat, slower pace and 3 hours to work on your postures properly. Bring the one posture you've been fighting with and leave knowing what to do about it!

• 11am to 2pm
• LIMITED SPACES! $85 pre-booked or $100 on the day.
