Our March °F4.4 Challenge starts tomorrow (Monday March 4) and we'd love to see your name on the challenge chart!
With autumn now officially here, there's no better time to get into a regular yoga and pilates practice. Add your name to the chart and commit to 4 classes per week for 4 weeks beginning tomorrow. Add a stamp for each class you practice - it can be yoga, pilates or both.
And remember, it's never too late to sign up! This is all about having fun, feeling amazing and challenging yourself at the same time.
