Add your name to the °F4.4 Challenge Chart and commit to 4 classes per week for 4 weeks during February. Add a stamp for each class you practice - it can be yoga, pilates or both!
Sign ups are still open so add your name to the commit to your practice + health this February. You'll get fit, have fun and feel amazing!
