Bikram 90 is a traditional 90-minute class consisting of 26 therapeutic hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 40ºC
The series was scientifically crafted by Bikram Choudhury to stretch and strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons. It works every system of the body... cardiovascular, nervous, lymphatic, endocrine, immune, digestive, reproductive, muscular, and skeletal.

Express 60 is an energising, faster paced 60 minute class. Like Bikram 90, this class is practiced in a 40ºC heated room.
All 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed however we only complete one set of particular postures. You work just as hard as you would in a Bikram 90 class and get just as sweaty!
Express 60 is a great class for busy people on the run. You can practice Express 60 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 6am, so it is the perfect start to your working day.
Our new 60-minute Hot Pilates classes are practiced in a room heated to approximately 34°C.
Using Pilates Principles along with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Hot Pilates is a full body workout designed to tone and sculpt your body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular system.
Our Hot Pilates classes are scheduled 5 times per week, and they are included in your class passes and unlimited memberships.
